Please use the following form to submit an event for our Virtual Backpack. Your flyer must include the district’s approved disclaimer.  All events require approval by the School/Community Relations Office and we may contact you for additional information. Please direct any questions about community flyer distribution to the School/Community Relations Office at 515-633-5022.

  • The date of the event. If your event spans a length of time, enter the end date here.
  • :
    e.g. "10:30 a.m." or "6 p.m.". Leave blank for all-day events.
  • When RSVPs or registrations are due.
  • The intended audience for this event, e.g. middle school students.
  • Details or description of the event.
  • The name or address of the location where this event will be held.
  • The cost of the event, if applicable.
  • The name of the organization sponsoring or putting on the event.
  • The name of the contact person for this event.
  • The phone number of the contact person.
  • A link to more information about this event.
  • Accepted file types: pdf, jpg, png.
    A downloadable flyer for this event. (PDF, JPG and PNG only.)
