Forty WDMCS Students Take Part in All-State Music Festival (12/1/2021)

Dec. 1, 2021 | Forty Valley High School students showcased their musical talents at the Iowa High School Music Association’s 75th annual All-State Music Festival Nov. 18-20 in Ames. 

Students rehearsed with other band, choir, and orchestra musicians from across the state, with 1,088 total Iowa high school students participating in the festival. 

A Young Artists Recital, which showcased the talents of Iowa All-State Musicians who have gone on to professional careers in performance, featured a vocal performance by Valley High School graduate Megan Ihnen (’03).
