Registration form for new users

To sign up, complete the form below to create a login for your Silver Cord account. Every student must complete this step first! You can then use your account for all four years of high school.

-  All information on the form is required.

-  Please use your WDMCS email address for your Silver Cord account.

-  Remember your password! You will need it to log in.

-  Your username is created for you by the Silver Cord Online system; it is typically your last name and first initial.

-  Please click the submit button only once.

-  You will receive an email confirmation with information about how to log into your account, including your system-generated username.
