Adding or Changing Bus Services

  • If you are interested in using bus service, the student must meet the following criteria:

    • Attend a WDMCS school or Sacred Heart School.
    • Attend the school within the assigned school boundaries as determined by their primary residence.
    • Reside outside of the walk zone of their assigned school. To learn more about free versus paid busing, visit our Transportation home page.
  • New Bus Registration or
    Need to Create Transact Account

    If you are new to WDMCS or just new to using bus transportation for your students, follow these directions:

    • Go to: 
    • Select "Create an Account".
    • Type your email address. (This MUST be the primary email address listed in Infinite Campus.)
    • Select your relationship with the student from the drop-down menu.
    • Type your first and last name.
    • Create a password.
    • Click the "I am not a robot" checkbox.
    • Submit the registration.

    Check your email for a link to continue your registration. Once you log in, you will select NEW or CURRENT BUT NEW BUS to begin the process. Follow the prompts to complete your request. You will receive an email once the transportation request has been processed. Bus passes are mailed before the school year. During the school year, a bus pass is sent to the school office.

  • Already Have a Transact Account?

    Register for 2023-24

    For 2023-24 registrations, bus information will be emailed to you before school starts in August. Bus passes will be mailed to your residence. After school starts, bus passes will be available for pick-up at your student's school office. Bus passes are required for all bus riders.

    • Go to: 
    • Log into account with your primary email that is listed in Infinite Campus.
    • Select the student you wish to register.
    • Select the "2023-24" button.
    • Review student and parent/guardian information. If you need to make changes, these must be completed within Infinite Campus.
    • Check "does need transportation" checkbox.
    • Click "Add Transportation" button.
    • Complete the other details asked. 
    • Click the "Submit" button at the top of the page.

    Change Transportation

    • Go to: 
    • Log into account with your primary email that is listed in Infinite Campus.
    • Select the student who needs a change or cancellation of transportation services.
    • Under "Submit Student Transportation Request" tab, select the change you want.
    • Complete the other details asked. 
    • Click the "Submit" button at the top of the page.


  • What Can Be Seen on Transact?

    Once parents/guardians have established an account, they are able to view the following for each of their students:

    • Bus Number
    • Pick-up/drop-off location
    • Pick-up/drop-off schedule

  • Need a Replacement Bus Pass?

    Please complete the form linked below to request a new bus pass for your student. Each new bus pass is $10. This will be added as a fee to your student's account within InTouch once the request is processed by Transportation. Sacred Heart students' requests will be invoiced separately.

    Students can pick up their new bus pass at their school office within 1-2 business days of the request.

  • Free or Reduced Bus Pass

    Any student who lives in the paid transportation area and qualifies for the free and reduced-price meal program may also apply for free and reduced-price bus pass fees. When you complete online enrollment, select "YES" when asked about fee waivers.
