The following FAQs provide additional answers to families, staff, and students regarding the district's Return-to-Learn plan for second semester.

How long will this plan for the second semester last?
This plan will remain in place until the end of the school year. Changes to the plan that occur prior to the next six-month review will be determined by administration with notice of the changes provided to the Board.

Are face masks required for students and staff for the second semester?
All individuals, including students, staff, and visitors, are encouraged to follow CDC guidance regarding face masks. Faces masks are not required by WDMCS.

All individuals, including students, staff, and visitors, are encouraged to follow CDC guidance regarding face masks. Faces masks are not required by WDMCS.

Are volunteers allowed into buildings for the second semester?
Volunteers will be on an invitation-only basis from a building administrator/teacher/program.

Will K-6 families still be able to learn online if they choose?
K-6 families had the opportunity to select a third-party, state-approved online learning system, Edgenuity, for their students. Students who were enrolled in first semester had the opportunity to continue with Edgenuity for the second semester.
