Café V

Café V is part of the culinary arts program at Valley High School. This “bistro café” is located in Room 2429 at the high school, where lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on most Fridays.

District staff, families, and community members are invited to enjoy lunch at Café V!

  • Meals are $8 (cash or check made payable to Valley High School only).
  • Pick-up and delivery meals are also available from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. If you would like delivery at Valley High School, please specify the room number/location and time.

Crab Rangoon Chicken Lo Mein Cheesecake Egg Roll
fried wonton wrappers filled with cream cheese and crab, served with sweet and sour sauce noodles tossed with vegetables and chicken  an egg roll wrapper filled with cheesecake mixture, fried, then rolled in cinnamon sugar

Bruschetta Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta Brownie
toasted baguette slices topped with chopped tomatoes and basil that are coated in a balsamic sauce and mozzarella cheese bowtie pasta tossed in a light cream sauce with red and green bell peppers, red onions, and Cajun-spiced shrimp and chicken a warm chocolate brownie served with a scoop of coffee-flavored ice cream
