The early morning fitness program at Stilwell is called “SWEAT” (Starts With Exercise, Attitude, & Teamwork).  We meet from 6 to 7 a.m. in the Stilwell gym and weight room. Students can work out in the weight room, work on their skills for various sports, or use the gym for some type of exercise routine. Students can arrive anytime after 5:45 and can take showers before school starts each day.  Likewise, they need not stay until 7 a.m., as they can wait in the cafeteria until school begins.
