Adding or Changing Bus Services

If you're new to WDMCS or using the bus, do this:

1. Go to the busing website or EZArrival app.
2. Click "Create an Account."
3. Sign up with your main email in Infinite Campus.
   1. We will send all messages to this email address. 
4. Pick your connection to the student from the menu.
5. Put your first and last name.
6. Make a password.
7. Check the "I am not a robot" box.
8. Submit the registration.

Check your email for a link. Once you log in, pick NEW or CURRENT BUT NEW BUS. Follow the steps to finish your request. You'll get an email when it's done.  

You need to sign up to ride the bus each year, even if you already have a bus account. To sign up to ride the bus in 2026-27:

1. Go to the bus website or EZArrival app.
2. Log in with your main email in Infinite Campus.
   1. We will send all mesages to this email address.
3. Click on the photo of the student you are registering.
   1. Do not use the "Click Here" button under "Check for or Register Student with Transportation Department."
4. Click "2026-27."
5. Check your details. If you need changes, do them in Infinite Campus.
6. Mark "does need transportation."
7. Hit "Add Transportation."
8. Fill in the rest.
9. Click "Submit" at the top.

• Students will scan the QR code or student ID when they board the bus, or they can type in their student ID number. 
• Make sure students have a printed QR code that is clearly visible or a screenshot on their device.

During the school year, your school office can help you find and print your QR code. On the first day of school, students can scan their student ID or type in their student ID number on the bus.

To make changes or cancel transportation:

1. Go to the bus website or EZArrival app.

2. Log in with your main email in Infinite Campus.
3. Click on the photo of the student you are registering.
   1. Do not use the "Click Here" button under "Check for or Register Student with Transportation Department."
4. Choose what you want under "Submit Student Transportation Request."
5. Fill in the rest.
6. Click "Submit" at the top.
