Café V Overview
-
Café V is a restaurant class where students run a “bistro” one day a week. During the other days, students plan menus, forecast sales, and learn valuable culinary skills. Each student has the opportunity to be head chef for the week where their menu is featured.
Café V meals are $10. You can dine in or use curbside delivery at Café V this year. Dine-in service will start promptly at 11:15 a.m. and end at 12:15 p.m. so students can arrive at their next class on time. Valley High School students and staff can also pick up their food at Café V, and staff can schedule classroom delivery. Orders must be placed by or on the Monday before your requested meal service date so students can plan accordingly.
