Description: Get ready for the ultimate thrill! West Des Moines Parks and Recreation has partnered with the RipRoar Youth Triathlon Series to host a beginner-friendly triathlon. The event features age-appropriate distances on a safe and challenging course, and promises to be a highlight of your child’s summer. This triathlon is designed with beginners in mind and focuses on fun. Athletes will swim in the lazy river, bike on traffic-free roads, and celebrating the joy of “doing hard things” as they cross RipRoar’s epic finish line. It's more than just a race—it's a day full of achievement and excitement!   Complete your registration at www.riproarevents.com. Registration to be completed via RipRoar Events so each participant completes USA Triathlon paperwork. Pre-race communication will come from RipRoar Events.
