Description: Suit up in your favorite red flannel attire and help support the YMCA’s mission to build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all! 🏃‍♂️ The Red Flannel Run is the longest, consecutively-produced race in the Des Moines area. This is year 36! Join us this year for the 5K, 10K, or 1-Mile Family Fun Run! There is something for everyone — even your dogs can join in on the fun! There will be refreshments after the event and time to mingle with others in the community.
