Description: Learn the skills and game play of volleyball and sports agility training combined in one camp!   Through our H.E.R.S. program, girls are introduced to new sports and recreation experiences through low-cost programming. The program focuses on building friendships, confidence, leadership, and the foundation for lifelong healthy living.  Dates:  July 20, 21, 22, 23  Time: 10:30 am - 12:00 pm  Location: West Des Moines RecPlex - Mini Pitch (located in the back of the building)
