Description: Join over 150 high school interns, apprentices and future interns from across the Des Moines metro for the 3rd annual career development program, The Legacy Project: Career Ready Collective. Over the course of six weeks, participants will be inspired by nationally recognized keynote speakers, develop professional skills and have the opportunity to network with peers and business professionals from across the region. 

The Career Ready Collective is funded by the Legacy Project, a fundraising initiative of the Principal Charity Classic with support from Sammons Financial Group. The curriculum and program have been developed by The Greater Des Moines Partnership (GDMP) with support from The Robert D. and Billie Ray Center with Drake University. The program is also sponsored by The Mutual Group and Sycamore Capital.
