West Des Moines Community Schools (WDMCS) is requesting proposals for Athletic Training Services for a three-year contract term beginning August 1, 2026. WDMCS will consider proposals for athletic training services to be performed at Valley High School, Valley Southwoods Freshman High School, Stilwell Junior High School, and Indian Hills Junior High School for a period of 3 years.  

Questions will be due before 2 p.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT) March 6, 2026, via email to Zac Sinram (sinramz@wdmcs.org) and will be returned to interested contractors on or before 4 p.m. on March 11, 2026.  

Proposals will be accepted before noon CDT, March 24, 2026. Proposals can be emailed to Zac Sinram and Kurt Subra (subrak@wdmcs.org). Alternatively, proposals can be delivered to the District Office located at 3550 Mills Civic Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa. The proposals should be addressed to:
