The West Des Moines Community School District (the “District”) is seeking written proposals to provide a wellness platform to the district. The district has used the BeBetter Health wellness platform for several years. The district’s wellness “year” will typically run from about Aug. 1-April 30.

Attached is the list of questions and requests for you to respond to. Below is our targeted timeline:

• Jan. 23, 2026 — The RFP document is sent to selected companies/Publish RFP on the District’s website.
• Feb. 16, 2026 — The RFP is due by 4 p.m. (8 hard copies and a digital copy)
• Late February or early March 2026 — Information Meeting: In-person demonstration and Q&A
• No later than April 13 — Recommendation and contract taken to the School Board for approval.

The district reserves the right to extend the RFP submission deadline, any other deadline, or date indicated in the RFP if an extension would be in the best interest of the district.
