Negotiations for the West Des Moines Community Schools (WDMCS) 2025-26 teachers' contract will begin March 25, 2025, at the Learning Resource Center, 3550 Mills Civic Parkway, West Des Moines, IA.
The West Des Moines Education Association (WDMEA) will present its 2025-26 initial proposal to the school district at 5 p.m. WDMCS will present its 2025-26 initial proposal to the WDMEA at 5:15 p.m.
Negotiations for WDMCS 2025-26 support staff’s contract will begin April 3, 2025, at the Learning Resource Center.
The West Des Moines Educational Support Personnel (WDMESP) will present its 2025-26 initial proposal to the school district at 5 p.m. WDMCS will present its 2025-26 initial proposal to the WDMESP at 5:15 p.m.
