How to Submit a Valley Vibes Announcement
All WDMCS employees can submit to Valley Vibes.
- Log into the WDMCS website under "Employee Options" at the top of the page or in the footer.
- Once logged in, scroll down to the bottom of the Valley Vibes page.
- Select the "Add" button.
- Type in all the required fields and select "Submit."
- Brooke McTavish will review your submission and either approve it or get back to you with questions.

Students must work with a WDMCS employee to submit a Valley Vibes announcement.
How to Submit an Image or Video for Valley TVs
If you would like to submit an IMAGE to be uploaded to Valley's TVs for announcements, please submit your image through the form linked below. Only students, employees, or parents working with a district-sponsored activity or parent group can submit an image for inclusion on Valley hallway TVs.
- Image files are required (.jpg, .tiff, .bmp).
- If you designed your slide in Google Slides, please save it as an image file before uploading. (In Slides, choose "File" - "Download As" - "JPEG Image")
- Recommended image size: 1280px x 720px
If you are submitting a VIDEO to be shown on the TVs, please include a YouTube link.
