In January, the squad was also named national champions at the 2019 National Cheerleaders Association Junior and Senior High School National Championships.

The fourth annual awards show recognizes more than 750 of the Register’s All-Iowa athletes and coaches from 21 Iowa high school sports as well as Special Olympics Iowa. This year’s event was headlined by a pair of notable Iowans: Warner and Olympian Lolo Jones.
