Nearly Three Dozen Valley Student-Athletes Recognized At 2019 Signing Day Celebration
Nearly three dozen Valley High School student-athletes participated in this year’s National Signing Day Celebration on Wednesday, Feb. 4, at the Staplin Performing Arts Center.
Some student-athletes signed their National Letters of Intent during the early periods in November and December, but all seniors who plan to play a collegiate sport were recognized Wednesday. Friends, families, and Valley coaches were in attendance.

“I’m excited about the future for these guys,” Valley High School Athletics and Activities Director Brad Rose said during the celebration. “I’m just really excited about watching you guys and hearing about you. But the most important thing I want you seniors to understand is the legacy you leave. I hope you understand what a great example you all have been.
“I really appreciate what you do in the classroom, in the community, and especially on our playing fields.”
Additionally, Rose said this group of student-athletes combined totaled a 3.3 GPA.
Each student-athlete announced their college decision and what sport they plan to play. A complete list of the athletes, sports, and college/university they are attending is below:
