Crestview Enjoys the Dog Days of Summer

Dog Days of Summer are most certainly not over, and are in full swing at Crestview Elementary.  The Dog Days of Summer program occurs every other Wednesday in the Crestview Elementary library.  Each Dog Day, Crestview families enjoy a hot dog dinner, play with the visiting dogs and have story time.  Teachers and staff bring in their dogs for playtime, and in July Tonja Osborn of Mystic Moon visited with her five trained dogs.  Osborn taught the students about different breeds of dogs, proper walking, and showcased some of her dogs’ tricks.

There is still one more Dog Day of Summer happening on August 7 from 5-7 p.m.
