Stilwell Announcements – November 20, 2009 Day 1

The intramural "Super Bowl" of football, the TURKEY BOWL, will be played tonight at Valley Stadium. The bus will leave at 3pm, so please meet Mrs. Zenti in the hallway between the gym and music doors. As soon as all are accounted for and all permission slips are turned in, we will head on out. Remember, the YMCA will be providing pizza for all those that play. Good luck to all teams involved: The Frosted Flakes, Fighting Hernias, The Fighting Princesses, The Cobras, The Iowa Tom-ah-toes, The Pick-Ups, Boy-Z State, and Oregon State Beavers. The outcome to the Turkey Bowl will be made in Monday's announcements. Please see the board outside Mrs. Zenti's room for the team match ups for the games tonight!

A group from Valley High School will be collecting items for the Operation Christmas Child charity. This organization gives presents to children in below poverty level situations around the world. Their goal is to give presents to children who may not normally receive one. We would greatly appreciate if you could donate an item or two from the list below:
Toys, School Supplies, Hygiene items. Do not include used or damaged items, war related items, chocolate or food, liquids or lotions, medications or vitamins, breakable items, aerosol cans. Items can be dropped off at the collection box in the main office at Stilwell by November 20th.

There WILL NOT be I-Care next week.

There will be no After the Bell on Tuesday, Nov. 24, the last day before Thanksgiving Break.
