Weight Room
The Southwoods' weight room will be open after school until 4:45 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday beginning after labor day. Any student, or flabby teacher, wishing to workout is welcome. Questions? See Coach Sinram on team 4.

Student ID's
Students are reminded that if your student ID does not have an orange square in the upper-left corner, it is invalid. You may swap it out for a new one in the main offce.

Entertainment Books
Both the Valley & Valley Southwoods Vocal Music Departments are currently selling Entertainment Books. See any vocal music student to purchase these fabulous discount books. Buy one for yourself and keep in mind they make great gifts!

FCA
Interested student are reminded that Valley's Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) has its first meeting this (Sep. 1) evening at 7:30 in the Southwoods' Media Center.

Sports News
The orange, wallet sized fall sports schedules are now available in both the main office and the Media Center, just stop by and pick one up.

Congratulations to the swim to the girls' swim team for their 106-80 win over Southeast Polk last night.
