College Planning and Financial Aid

College Financial Aid Night at Walnut Creek Campus

Free Financial Aid Presentation for Seniors and Parents

Do you know how you’ll pay for college?

If you’re a senior planning for college (or the parent of one), you probably have questions about the financial aid process. Planning for college, filing for financial aid and mastering your financial situation can be confusing and intimidating. But WCC parents and students can find answers during a free presentation by the Iowa College Access Network (ICAN) being hosted at WCC.

Topics will include:

  • The financial aid process;
  • Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application review;
  • Understanding FAFSA results;
  • Understanding the costs – college comparisons;
  • Financial aid options;
  • Scholarships process;
  • Where to go for help;

Be sure to join us for the Iowa College Access Network® (ICAN) Financial Aid Presentation

 Monday, October 24th, at 6:00 P.M. in the WCC Media Center.
