Online Payment System
The WDMCS Online Payment system is now available for families. The new online system is designed to provide a safe, convenient way to pay school fees, transportation fees, and add money to your child’s nutrition account.
The new online payment system allows you to see school fees or fines and transportation fees that may be due.
A convenience fee will be charged for payments made online. There is a two percent convenience fee with a minimum of $1.00 to a maximum of $5.00, depending on the types of and the number of transactions you are making. As with other online payment systems, you will see a detailed receipt of your transactions for each session, including any convenience fees prior to “checking out” and confirming the payment. You may make a cash, check, or credit card payment at your child’s school or at the Learning Resource Center. A convenience fee will not be charged on payments made at school or the Learning Resource Center.
You must have an Infinite Campus account to use the new system. To use the new system, please make sure you have an Infinite Campus account. If you don’t have an account or are unsure, please contact your child’s school and the office staff will be happy to help you.
To check nutrition account balances, view purchases, set restrictions, or set up low balance reminders, please visit the Nutrition Services Department’s SchoolCafé (formerly named ParentOnline) system. You may then add money to your child’s nutrition account through WDMCS Online Payments.
