He set a state record earlier this season, bowling a 300 en route to a 568 showing at the CIML Iowa Conference meet February 7 where he was the individual champion. He tied that record with his second 300 in as many weeks with another individual championship at districts Feb. 14.  It marked the third 300 of his career with the first coming last season against Marshalltown. He set a school record for a two-game series at that match and has broken his record five times this season. With an average of 233 per game, Morse has bowled better than 500 in two-game sets five times this season.

Senior Chris Jurkiewicz finished eighth at districts and sixth at the CIC meet, helping the team to a second-place finish at both meets. He has averaged 207 per game this season and collected a 300 score during league play at Plaza Lanes earlier this year.

Junior Emily Thompson finished second at districts with a season high 380 series. She had 4,203 total pins this season for a 162 game average and a 232 series average. Senior Kayla Cory had a 161 game average this season with a 321 series average and 4,178 total pins.

As a team, the boys knocked down 40,427 pins this season with a 2,888 meet average. The girls team averaged 2,159 at meets this season.
