Setting up your Mailbox

1. Dial 633-5151
2. Press #
3. enter your 4 digit voicemail #
4. Follow the tutorial prompt (You must fill in all the greetings)

Primary Greetings

• Record a Busy Greeting
• “Hello, you have reached __________‘s voicemail. I’m currently on the phone. Please leave me a message and I will return your call as soon as possible. You may dial “0” for further assistance.”

No Answer Greeting

• Record a No Answer Greeting
• “Hello, you have reached ____________‘s voicemail. I’m currently away from my desk. Please leave me a message and I will return your call as soon as possible. You may dial “0” for further assistance.”

Record Name

• Record your Name (First and Last)
• (State only your name, do NOT include any salutation)

1. Access your mailbox
2. After entering your password. press "8" to access user options menu
3. Pres "4" to change your greeting
4. Press "6" for Optional Greetings
5. Enter a 2-digit greeting code. This code will correspond with specific greetings that will be recorded
6. Press "2" to record Greeting

NOTE: you must enable the optional greeting after recording by:

1. Access your mailbox
2. Press "8" (User Options)
3. "4" (Greeting)
4. "3" (Enable Greeting)
5. To Activate Optional Greeting Dial the 2-digit opeetional greeting code (01-99)

NOTE: You must disable the optional greeting by:

1. Access your mailbox
2. Press "8" (User Options)
3. "4" (Greeting)
4. "3" (Enable Greeting)
5. To De-Activate Optional Greeting Press "0". Your narmal (default) greeting will play.

Listening to Messages

When the RED Message Light is flashing:

• Press MESSAGE Key (PRIME USER)
• Press Yes (Softkey)
• Press Call (Softkey)
• Enter PASSCODE xxxx

NOTE: If you share an extension and have a unique Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) Key, use the following

• Press MWI Key

• Enter PASSCODE
• “7” (P) To Play Messages
• “1” Unread Messages
  • “2” Read Messages
  • “9” All Messages

    OR

  • “3” (D) To Read Deleted Messages
  • “5” to scroll thru deleted messages

Listen to a message that I've accidently deleted (within 48hrs)

1. Dial into your voicemail
2. Press D (3) to listen to deleted messages

After Listening to the complete message press:

Creating distribution lists (List may include some or ALL the mailboxes in the system)

1. Access your mailbox (usually by dialing 5151, but if you are not using your phone, please refer to section 10.3)
2. Press “8” for User Options Menu
3. Press “5” for Distribution List
4. Enter 01 – 10, this will establish a number that corresponds to this specific list.

Other options:

• “2”  (A) to Add
• “3”  (D) to Delete
• “6”  (N) to Record List Name
• “7”  (R)  Review Distribution List
• “9”  (X) Return to Main Menu
