The Board of Education usually holds regular
meetings at 7 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of each month.
Most meetings are conducted in the Dale & Joyce Grabinski Community
Room at the:
Learning Resource Center
3550 Mills Civic Parkway
West Des Moines
A special meeting may be necessary in single-meeting
months to approve bills for payment.
All meetings are open to the public unless the Board calls for an
executive session. To place an item on the agenda, interested citizens
must submit items in writing to the superintendent's office by noon
on the Tuesday before the regular meeting. During each meeting,
an open forum time is conducted when citizens may speak to the board.

The upcoming agenda is posted on the Friday
afternoons prior to Board meetings on Monday evening. Special
meeting agendas are also posted prior to the meeting. The agenda
link may include more than one meeting.
