Infinite Campus is the West Des Moines Community School District's student information management system. All students in grades 6-12 are able to access Infinite Campus with a student account.

Infinite Campus has a parent portal that allows parents/guardians to view the records of their student(s) via the Internet. Through the portal, parents/guardians may view student attendance and schedules for all students (K-12), and also view academic progress for students in grades 6-12.

Infinite Campus FAQ

1. Who can request a Campus account?
   Custodial parents/guardians of students in grades K-12. Written permission from the custodial parent is required for non-custodial parents, grandparents or others to have access to an Infinite Campus account.
   
   
2. Who do I contact to request a Campus account?
   STUDENTS: When a student in grades 6-12 is enrolled in the West Des Moines Community School District, his/her Infinite Campus account is automatically created within 24 hours. Students can obtain user name and password information in the school office.
   
   PARENTS/GUARDIANS: To set up your account for the first time, contact the main office of your student. Ask for an Infinite Campus activation code and instruction sheet. If you already have an account for a student in junior or senior high school, you do not need to create a new account.
   
   
3. What information is available to parents in Infinite Campus?
   Schedule and attendance information is available for students in grades K-12.  In addition to schedule and attendance, academic progress information is available for students in grades 6-12. This includes missing assignments, scores for assignments/projects and tests.  An unofficial transcript is also available for students in grades 8-12.
   
   
4. Who do I contact if I am having trouble with my account or if I have accidentally locked myself out?
   Contact the school secretary in the main office at your child's school (numbers listed in right column). After school office hours, you may call the Learning Resource Center until 5 p.m. (M-F) at 633-5022 for help with Infinite Campus password issues.
