To include all areas of special needs including special ed, ESL, home school, etc. This includes adopting, or modifying the planning standards (area/student, staff/student, model room layouts etc) started by Ken Bussard in 2008. Project Architects Project Engineers (PAPE) also need an overall concept as to what levels of disability are to be housed at each school and what levels of disability are not appropriate to separate such as the present situation at Jordan Creek. This concept needs to include specific requirements at K-6, junior highs and high schools. Decision/Direction will allow PAPE to include these spaces in the plans to be included in Facility Improvement Master Plan.
