Family and Consumer Sciences Education prepares males and females with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed for:

• Balancing work and family
• Home economics related occupations
• Personal wellness
The goal of Family and Consumer Sciences Education is to strive for maintaining and enhancing a societal environment that will strengthen the quality of life for culturally diverse individual and family units within a global society.
