2007-08 Annual Improvement Goals
The district’s Annual Improvement Goals have been recommended to and approved by the Board of Education by the Building a Learning Community Committee.

 

Goal

Mathematics
Grades 3-8

Grade levels 4-8 will grow an average of at least 1.2 years (NGE) on the ITBS from the previous year (cohort).

Grade 4

Grade 4 will increase the percentage of students in the ITBS “Proficiency” level from the previous year.

Grade 8

Grade 8 will increase the percentage of students in the ITBS “Proficiency” level from the previous year.

Mathematics
Grade 11

Grade 11 will increase the percentage of students in the ITBS “Proficiency” level from the previous year.

Reading
Grades 3-8

The 8th grade class will grow at least 1.2 years (NGE) from 7th grade (cohort).

The 11th grade class of 2007-08 will increase the percentage of students proficient in mathematics from the 2005-06 9th grade on the ITED (cohort).

Reading
Grade 11

The 2007-08 11th grade class will increase the percentage of students proficient in reading from the 2005-06 9th grade on the ITED (cohort).

Science
Grade 11

The 2007-08 11th grade class of will increase the percentage of students proficient in science from the 2005-06   9th grade on the ITED (cohort).
