2-Story
2nd Floor – Punch list has been created for the area
and contractors are working their way through cleaning up
items on that list. Move-in of furniture scheduled to start
early October.
1st
Floor – Most tile has been set, ceiling dropped in most
rooms, still some to drop in the corridors. Still come carpeting
to lay and ceiling tiles to drop in many of the classrooms.
Much of the millwork has been set with still some tops to
install. Still some doors to hang. Restrooms have plumbing
fixtures set, however, still need privacy stalls, but that
work is ready to take place. Punch list scheduled for 1st
floor on September 26.
Exterior
work is complete, punch list has been prepared and is in the
process of being completed. Still some light poles to set.
