Update through October 22, 2004

The site has been fenced. Contractors’ trailers are in place. Laydown and parking area has been rocked. The parking area immediately south of the building has been demolished and fill is being placed. Some demolition has started in the old auto shop with more scheduled for next week by plumbers and electricians. Utility work south of the building connecting to 35th Street is scheduled to start soon.
