Update through November 25, 2005
Iron workers continue on the installation of acoustical deck and framing of skylights in the infill area and that work is nearing completion. Roofers scheduled to start 11/28 and work will continue on skylight framing so the entire infill area can be dried-in in early December. Another slab-on-grade pour has been made in the north Commons area. Work is underway on installing the face brick at the main entrance. Still some steel to erect on the 2-story before the decking operation can start, but that is scheduled to start the week of 11/28 as well as metal framing for the exterior wall. Fire pump has been installed and is operational and while all work on the exterior of the fire pump room addition is not complete, the interior is complete and fully operational. The last line of column footings for the area between the existing building and the 2-story has now been poured as access with big rigs is no longer required through that area.

Update through November 11, 2005
Roof support steel for both the 1-story infill and the 2-story building is being installed. Acoustic deck installation is well underway on the 1-story. Holes are cut for skylights, with skylight framing scheduled to be installed the mid-November. In addition, roofing should start on the 1-story infill late the week of 11/14. Slabs have been poured for Media Center area, as well as the east/west hallway and classroom sections. Block work for east extension of the south field house wall is nearly complete. On the 2-story, block work for mechanical shaft is nearing completion and the majority of the work has been completed on the elevator shaft. South portion of the slab-on-grade in the 2-story has been poured. Holes have been cut in the walls of the field house for installation of future duct work. Pump house addition for fire and domestic booster pump is now totally enclosed and pumps are scheduled to be installed and operational before the end of the month.
