Update through July 11, 2007

INTERIOR WORK

1. Proceeding on schedule
2. Fire sprinkler lines are still being installed in corridors
3. Corridor is being finished starting on the western portion and working toward the east
4. All rooms and corridors should be ready for use in early August

EXTERIOR NORTH SIDE

1. Pavement has all been removed and bus lane about 85% complete
2. North wall ready to start receiving brick and glazing next week
3. Fiber optic cable at edge of Woodland being lowered this will then allow the utility bore across Woodland to be completed which will then allow grading and paving to proceed

EXTERIOR EAST SIDE

1. All demolition complete
2. It appears that agreement has been reached regarding utility pole locations and the cover for various utility lines that run along Valley West Drive. This will allow appropriate adjustments to be made so that the street work on Valley West Drive can proceed.
3. The east portion of the traffic lights at Sylvania & Valley West Drive have been installed
4. All east parking lot paving has been removed and grading is under way.
