Phase 1C (two-story)
2nd floor – All corridor tile laid, carpet installed
in classrooms, most ceiling tile dropped in classrooms, ceiling
grid is up in the corridors, but no tile dropped as yet. Work
starting on window blinds. Elevator inspection is complete
and all passed with the exception of the phone that needs
some tweaking. The majority of millwork has been installed
on this level. Most painting is complete with just some spots
still needing touchup. Doors are hung.
Commons between field house and 2-story
– Floor tile complete at lower level, but upper level
at field house exits still needs tile installed. All tile
work complete in the Commons restrooms and plumbing connections
underway.
First floor – Laying of floor tile
in corridor is nearing completion. Now much of it still needs
to be grouted. Much of the painting has been done. Ceiling
grid up in corridors and classrooms with many of the classrooms
having the tile dropped. Plumbing connections underway in
restrooms in this section also.
Exterior – Sod work just completed
and water hoses being strung around the site.
