Update through April 29, 2005
Work is underway on the mechanical equipment screening for the exterior. Odds and ends of concrete have been completed. There a small area left to do in the south parking lot. Painting is underway in the Auto Shop. Final runs are being made with plumbing and electrical in the Mechanical Room. Boiler startup has taken place and gas switchover has also happened.

Update through April 22, 2005
Work continues on the plumbing and electrical, with most of the big stuff installed and now focusing on tying up loose ends. New gas service is to be connected by the end of this weekend. The cooling tower is being brought online. All material for the mechanical equipment screening is on site, however, some needs further fabrication – installation will start next week. Interior painting is scheduled to start next week also. The handrail at the loading dock is scheduled to be installed next week. Some concrete rework has taken place and there may be some additional rework required south of the new building.
