Update through November 25, 2005
Work continues on the permanent siding for the mechanical roof plenum. Most air-handling units both inside the building and in the roof plenum have been set. One large unit still to come on/about 12/12. Roof for the roof plenum has been placed and that area is now dried-in, although all the detailing is not complete. Roofers are now working on areas of the existing building and expect to be done the first week in December. Still working on roof framing for the music addition as there was steel error that now has been corrected. That area should be dried-in during the timeframe previously mentioned. Approximately 75% of the interior ductwork has been installed. Most exterior grading is complete and will be finalized and finished seeded next spring. Steel erectors are working on the canopy for the main entrance and the revised east entrance. Plumbing and electrical is ongoing and on a schedule that should allow the building for turnover back to the District and staff in early June.

Update through November 11, 2005
Doghouse is finally framed with plywood on the sides and roof on. Most of the ductwork inside the doghouse is complete. There are still some air-handling units to slide in place. Work continues on interior plumbing. Much of the interior ductwork has been installed. Roof steel for all the new additions is in place with the exception of the music room and that will be installed early next week. All the new additions, as well as the music room should be roofed the week of 11/14 also. Chiller frame has been set and chiller is due the first part of December as is one large air-handling unit that needs to be hoisted over the roof and down into the building. By the end of the week of 11/14, the building should be nearly water tight and in good shape for work through the winter. Face brick has been installed on all of the new additions.
