| In the east wing, vinyl tile
has been laid in all rooms and carpet laying is underway.
Millwork has been set. Ceiling grid and electrical fixtures
are in place. Some painting has been completed. In the west
wing, prime painting is underway. Most classrooms have ceiling
grid and electrical fixtures installed as well as air diffusers.
Millwork is just starting in this wing. New windows for the
east wing have finally arrived, however, they’re not
quite as expected and the team is working on how best to deal
with the issue. The chiller has finally arrived and has been
set. Work is underway on connecting chiller, as well as hooking
up the various air handling units in the building. Still progressing
toward a mid-June turnover.
East wing –
Working on installing ceiling grid for corridors. Most flooring,
millwork, and painting is done in all of the classrooms in
this wing.
West wing –
Most millwork is set, ceiling grid in classrooms, floor prep
nearly complete and just starting to lay some tile. Plumbing,
electrical, and HVAC are all ongoing. Floor tile for the new
bathroom in the west wing has now been set.
