Update through February 21, 2006
Millwork installation continues with millwork stocked in all rooms and set in most of the rooms on the east wing. Approximately 70% of the ceiling grid has been installed. Windows are due to be on site the week of March 6. Chiller scheduled to arrive the week of March 6, also. Most plumbing piping and mechanical work is in place. Fire sprinkler work is yet to be done. Work continues in the mechanical rooms. Most of the new walls have been built, sheet-rocked, and prime painted. Data cabling work has started. Flooring scheduled to start the week of March 6. On schedule at this time to turn over the building in mid-June.
