Masons have completed work on the concrete
block portion of the south wall on the north addition. All
of the poured walls have also been completed, with the exception
of a couple small infill sections. Work is starting on pouring
column pads in the north section. Under floor plumbing is
underway on the north addition. Steel joists have been set
for the south addition and the floor has been poured. Face
brick is being installed on the south addition, with the west
wall virtually complete and approximately one-quarter of the
south wall complete. All steel has been delivered to the site.
Roof decking for the south addition should start the week
of September 27. Work is underway on the mechanical plenum
for over the existing building.
The majority of the concrete block
for the south addition has been laid. Installation of face
brick should start later this week or early next week. Bar
joists and deck are scheduled for arrival next week also.
The majority of the footings are in for the north addition
and work continues on pouring walls for this addition. Interior
work for electrical in the existing building continues. Steel
and decking for the north section should start arriving in
the next few days. Initial grading for the turnaround on the
northwest, as well as the parking lot for the south has been
completed. However, this work is on hold pending resolution
of a specific layout. Further discussions with the Site Design
Team and neighbors regarding the usability of the area on
the west side of the creek and how this might impact parking
and turning configuration are continuing. The goal is to resolve
this soon so the initial layer of paving can be completed
before winter weather sets in.
