• Need buses for persons with disabilities to run longer
• Need accessibility in:

o Theaters
o Public transportation

o Valley Junction (Americans with Disabilities Act exempt!)

• Very difficult for persons with disabilities or low income to live and work here
• Need place for deaf children to build social skills and develop friendships
