o Affordable indoor recreation center
o Performing arts facility
o Senior center
o Outside skating
o Place for all people to congregate
o Extreme YMCA

• Use parks for practices – not just playing
• Connect area cities’ bike and pedestrian trails

o Shared community attractions: fine arts center and museums
o Hospital
o Library branch in Valley Junction

• Develop long-term plan for upkeep of schools
• Question financial investment in Valley Stadium – the emphasis put on sports and not education
• Too much focus on “empire building”
