• Try something different even if it doesn’t work
• Eliminate criticism and blaming of different groups (city officials, school district, parents)
• Build trust in the decision-making process, particularly when our citizens do not agree with the outcome
• Have less politics
• Continue to have a trust level between community and leaders
• Create ways for community input and listen better
