• Encourage more family time
• Schedule one family night/no scheduled activities/recognized by the entire community
• Teach our children to care
• Encourage good balance between work and play
• Need people to take responsibility for actions (self and family)
• Address growing lack of respect for each other
• Re-teach values to our youth
• Address problem of everyone being too overscheduled (focus on family being eliminated)
• Help parents focus on the right issues to develop character in their children

• Moral decay and breakdown of family are problems
• County, community, families have lost sight of values
• Need to know where we stand with what’s right for kids
• Need balance between work and personal life
• Too much emphasis on competition/trophy
• Need sports to be FUN
• Let kids be kids
• Parents live through their children, push sports, pressure kids to overachieve
• Adults make sports too intense
• Kids need more supervision
