Chocolate Tasting
Taste the subtle and intriguing differences in chocolate from around the world with the experts at Chocolaterie Stam. Also enjoy some wine with your chocolate tastings. A tour will be given if time permits. Receive a 10% discount on any chocolates purchased the night of the class. Course taught by Ton Stam.

Many people report that the gluten free products on the market today taste like cardboard. Raw options make a healthy and delicious alternative. Course taught by Sheree Clark.

Indian Entree
Experience the tastes of North India while learning to make stuffed Indian parathas (flat bread) and garbanzo beans. Stuffed parathas are extremely popular with North Indians, and are best eaten with chilled yogurt and your favorite pickle or chutney. They can be made with potatoes or cauliflower with plenty of variations in the stuffing. Garbanzo beans make a healthy dish filled with good complex carbohydrates, fiber, and protein, and can be served as a delicious side dish. Recipes can be customized for various tastes. Course taught by Neha Jain.

NEW! Preventing Diabetes: Nutritional Management of Pre-Diabetes
Have you or someone you know been told you have “Pre-Diabetes” or that your blood sugar is a little bit high? Prevention of diabetes can be achieved through healthy lifestyle changes like diet, exercise, and lowering risk factors. In this class you will learn more about pre-diabetes and how to manage it, including planning simple, delicious diabetes friendly meals and tasty snacks. Course taught by Julie Gieseman.
