Wine Making 101
Make four bottles of your own wine, (fruit, red, white or
dessert), while having fun and learning about wine in the process. In the first
session we’ll sample different wines and decide as a group which wines to make.
The wines are made from great grape growing areas of the world, like Napa
Valley Merlot or Italian Pinot Grigio. $25 materials
