Create a special bracelet and necklace using
a variety of techniques for knotting on silk cord. This is a classic jewelry
style, especially with pearls. We will also discuss variations and creative

Creative Cardmaking
Create eight unique cards using die-cuts,
printed and scored cardstock, rub-ons, printed chipboard and envelopes. All
cards will be from a Basic Grey card collection kit, and we will use additional

Personal hand made cards are appreciated and

Photography Series
This class will build a technical foundation in photography using
Single Lens Reflex cameras only (not fixed lens cameras) with lots of tips and
techniques. Learn basic camera features, functions, controls and operation as
well as accessories. Learn metering, exposure control, f-stops, shutter speeds
and all related effects. Find out which settings to use to create great photos.
Learn the basics of flash and natural light. We’ll also cover digital
characteristics, film types, their uses and various filters. Once you have the
basic information, tie it all together and apply it to create great photos of
people, landscapes, activities and more. Bring your questions and your film or
