It is my pleasure to welcome you to Clive Elementary School. I am excited that you are here and look forward to working with you throughout the school year.

Clive Elementary is a school of approximately 460 students located at 1600 73rd Street in Windsor Heights. We are proud to be a part of the West Des Moines Schools and to serve the Urbandale, Clive, West Des Moines and Windsor Heights communities.

Creating a positive learning environment for all children is our top priority. This is accomplished daily through the work of our students, staff, parents, and community.

Attention 6th Grade Parents

Indian Hills Junior High has re-scheduled their 7th grade parent orientation for February 19th from 7:00-8:15 PM in the Indian Hills Auditorium.

2008-2009 Kindergarten Registration Information
To be eligible for 2008-2009 kindergarten, a child must be five years old on or before September 15, 2008. If you have a child who is eligible for kindergarten in 2008-2009, please contact the school office so that information may be gathered for the March 27 Kindergarten Roundup.
