The strategic plan outlines the following areas of focus for the next five years:

  • Professional Learning
  • Teaching for Learning
  • Systemness

The School Board, building principals and district administrators conducted the strategic planning process during public meetings held on November 26, 2013, December 3, 2013 and February 13, 2014.

Input on a draft of the plan was gathered from employees at meetings held at each district building. Administration also gathered feedback from parents through the School Community Network and Building a Learning Community meetings.

The School Board will review the district’s progress on a regular basis throughout the year.
